EcoLoad®
Smart energy conservation for the Hänel Rotomat®
The Hänel Rotomat® operates on the vertical carousel principle, functioning like a Ferris wheel. When items are carefully arranged to ensure balanced payloads, the energy needed for rotational movement is minimized.
Hänel EcoLoad® helps operators by providing loading recommendations via the control terminal and continuously monitoring the load status. The system tells operators how to optimally distribute stored items across carriers, keeping payloads balanced during operation. Well-balanced loads throughout the storage system reduce energy consumption considerably. Even heavy payloads can be moved with very little energy when kept in balance. EcoLoad® reduces energy consumption and CO2 emissions!

Hänel EcoMode® gradually switches off idle systems in four energy-saving stages, minimizing consumption when not in use. Time intervals can be programmed to match individual requirements.
